I wish to share a heartfelt “thank you” for our session, I felt pretty “solid” in myself afterwards, and noticed it in the way I related to a few family challenges that came up later that day. I admit being skeptical about reading my body’s cues, but after working with you, feel like I’m willing to give more credence to the methods you shared and my body’s ability to share important biofeedback with me.


Possibly (or likely) related, I also noticed myself more confident with another introvert dad at a playdate (usually it’s an awkward silence with him) and an unusual amount of uninhibited free play I was able to enjoy in the water with mine and other kids.

Following my secret sleeve gastric surgery, I could see the progress I was making physically, but mentally I couldn’t get past the old judgements of myself. After a discussion with Jill before the session we decided to work on something that had happened the previous day. We focused on feelings of panic whilst shopping and the pressure of accepting my changing body.

We worked on some trapped memories and emotions, then coded in a new set of beliefs. The session left me feeling a lot calmer about my next shopping trip, which I tested out the next day! I know some other trapped emotions and feelings of self-doubt came up, but I know Jill will clear these too. It’s no good just having the surgery without shifting limiting beliefs like this as well. I highly recommend anyone who chooses gastric sleeve surgery or has body confidence issues, to have at least one Belief Coding® session with Jill

I had THE most incredible quantum healing level one attunement with Jillian Shiers and WOW, what a session it was!


Throughout the attunement, Jillian guided me patiently and compassionately through the process, step by step, as I underwent cleansing and clearing, connected to my higher self, and taken into the magical quantum healing portal.
